TOTE has moved its existing Household Goods-related tariff items from the TOTE 300-C tariff into their own tariff, the STB TOTE 700. All the rates, terms, etc. found in this new tariff are identical to what they were in the 300-C. click here......

Totem Ocean Trailer Express (TOTE) has filed a General Rate Increase of 5.5% to be effective December 7, 2008. This rate action was filed on October 10, 2008 with the United States Surface Transportation Board in Washington, D.C. Today's filing applies to TOTE tariffs 100, 201-A, 300-C, 500, and 600. click here......
